Spacious and stylish, the designer interior features 1,804 square feet of living space. New floors, furniture, and updated kitchen appliances add to the appeal. Air-conditioning, heating and a double-sided gas fireplace promise year-round comfort.

Take a short walk to the nearby boutiques and antique shops -- a hidden gem, Los Alamos is a foodie paradise with some of the best restaurants and tasting rooms the Valley has to offer in a 4-block stretch. You’re also just 9 miles from Los Olivos.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for families. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

 

LIVING AREA

The welcoming sunken living room features a double-sided gas fireplace. Kick back on fine furniture and watch a movie on the smart TV or listen to your favorite music on the high quality Sonos speaker system and full charging station included. 

 

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a brand-new suite of stainless steel appliances – including a five burner gas range, a roomy French-door fridge, and fully stocked coffee station (stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers).

Gather at the two-person breakfast bar or the six-person table by the gas fireplace. Another four-person dining area offers a wet bar with wine storage.

 

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six adults in three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV and new beds. Find additional sleeping space for kids on two sleeper sofas: one in the living room and one in the primary suite (both are small sleeper sofas best for kids).

The primary suite features a king bed, desk, walk-in closet, a fold down bed, and pool access. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

The second guest room has a queen bed and direct access to the porch and four-person hot tub, while the third bedroom holds a stately king bed.

Two guest bathrooms have walk-in showers and fine tile work. 

Each room has a luggage rack and hamper. And the bathrooms are stocked with the following travel size amenities: emergency toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing bar, lotion, make up remover wipes and Q-tips.

 

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The private backyard includes lounge chairs, seating areas, and alfresco dining space for 10. Newly resurfaced, the heated pool has an automatic electric pool cover that can be retracted with the flip of a switch. All-around fencing and tall trees provide added privacy. The yard uplighting, pool light and heated pool make it perfect for a night swim!

Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a bbq. Enjoy drinks around the gas firepit in the Adirondack chairs. The bocce ball court, horseshoes, and corn hole area offer an array of entertainment options.

With hardwired, high-speed internet and a writing desk, the standalone bonus “work remote” room is a peaceful workplace or yoga room. 

We also have two newly added bicycles for you to use to cruise on into town in style, equipped with wine cooler and basket. We also provide helmets and locks for your use.

 

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, and a new washer/dryer are provided along with keyless locks, a Nest thermostat system and Google wifi boosters and smoke alarms. Driveway parking is available for four cars.

About the Owner

Hi we are the Akers! We live in downtown Santa Barbara and Los Alamos or "Little L.A." as we call it, is our home away from home. We cherish our weekends when we can escape to wine country. And we often go up for a week to work remote which is why we put extra care into making sure Seven Palms is work remote friendly.

With extended family in San Francisco this is also our hub for family get togethers. It's perfect for the kids who can play in the pool all day long while the adults relax. Being the foodies that we are our favorite part is the award winning restaurants and tasting rooms just a few blocks away. We take great pride in creating a comfortable, tasteful, clean space for our family and our guests! We hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Welcome to Seven Palms in Los Alamos, CA!
This 3bed/3 full bath urban wine country retreat offers space to relax and play. Enjoy the year-round heated pool (82°), hot tub, bocce, horseshoes, and gas fire pit for s’mores with the kids. Fill your days lounging poolside, unwinding with happy hour in the Adirondacks and strolling into town (10 min walk) to the famous Bob’s Bakery for fresh croissants and espresso or try one of the many restaurants or tasting rooms. You may never want to leave!

Once you're able to peel yourself away from the pool and fun you can spend an afternoon at the tasting rooms and award winning farm to table restaurants just a few blocks away. Or venture out for a drive around beautiful wine country and visit some of our favorite vineyards and farms or golf at one of the many pristine golf courses in the valley.

However you spend your days, you'll be relaxed and ready to turn in and rest in our hotel quality beds while falling asleep to your favorite Netflix on the smart TV's included in each bedroom.

And... if you're like our family, and someone needs to squeeze in a meeting or two throughout your stay, you can sneak off to the private bonus room that has hard wired internet for optimal video calls/meetings.
